Who we are
MrGunStuff (MRGUNSTUFF LLC) is a licensed Type 01 FFL in Morris, Minnesota. This page describes what this storefront collects when you browse, create an account, or place an order. It is store policy, not legal advice. We do not publish our full FFL license number on the public site.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored as a hash), and optional phone or address you save.
- Order: items, quantities, prices, billing/shipping fields, and notes you type at checkout.
- FFL dealer choice: when the cart has a firearm, the receiving dealer you select (name, city/state, and the license data needed to ship FFL-to-FFL).
- Payment: checkout is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
- Contact form: name, email, and message if you write to us.
- Site cookies: cart/session, the age-gate confirmation, and basic hosting/analytics needed to run the shop.
Why we collect it
To fill your order, charge payment, ship accessories when legal, ship firearms only to the receiving FFL you chose, prevent fraud, keep records a Type 01 dealer must keep, and answer customer-service questions. The age-gate click is not a background check and is not a Form 4473.
Who sees it
- MrGunStuff staff fulfilling or supporting the order.
- Your receiving FFL dealer — firearm orders only, so they can accept the transfer and run 4473 / NICS at pickup.
- Shipping carriers for packages that actually ship (accessories, or the carton to the receiving FFL).
- Payment processor for the charge. Distributors/vendors only as needed to source the item.
- Law enforcement or regulators when we are legally required to provide records.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the age-gate cookie as a NICS check. Firearms do not ship to a residential address.
Cookies
The cart and checkout need session cookies. The age gate stores a confirmation so we are not asking on every click. Hosting and security tools may set cookies that keep the site up. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop may then lose the cart or re-prompt the age gate.
Your requests
To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of account data we can legally remove, use the Contact page. Some firearm-transfer records cannot be deleted because federal recordkeeping requires them. Contact · FFL policy
