How FFL transfer works

1. Select an FFL-required item and complete checkout.
2. Choose your receiving FFL dealer (required for firearm carts).
3. We ship only to that licensed FFL — never to a residential address for regulated firearms, frames, or receivers.
4. You complete ATF Form 4473 and a background check at the receiving FFL before pickup.

Product badges show FFL REQUIRED vs SHIPS HOME. When classification is uncertain, we treat the item as FFL Required. You are responsible for federal, state, and local law where you take possession.

A stock, slide, or kit is not a firearm

A replacement rifle or shotgun stock, a spare handgun slide, or a pistol-carbine conversion kit is an accessory. Those items typically ship to your home when legal. They are not transferred on a Form 4473 just because the title names a rifle, pistol, or Glock.

A complete firearm still ships FFL-to-FFL: a named rifle, pistol, or shotgun with a barrel, including a bundle that also includes a case. Serialized frames, receivers, and serialized grip modules are firearms under federal law and stay FFL Required.

NFA items

This shop is a Type 01 FFL. We do not hold an SOT. This website does not run Form 4, tax-stamp, or Form 1 checkout.

Suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBS), machine guns, and any other weapons (AOWs) are not sold here as a Form 4473 transfer. A Type 01 FFL and a 4473 at a receiving dealer is not an NFA transfer.

Listings that look like NFA items are set to draft and hidden when we catch them. Do not treat an FFL Required badge or 4473 copy on a leftover listing as permission to buy it as a regular firearm.

A conversion kit, stock, or spare slide is not NFA and is not a firearm unless it is a complete gun with a barrel.

Magazines

A magazine sold as the product is not a firearm. Magazines generally ship to your home when legal. Some states and localities restrict magazine capacity or possession. We do not ship where it is illegal. We do not publish a state-by-state legal chart on this page.

Ammunition and powder

Ammunition, smokeless powder, and primers are not FFL-to-FFL transfers. They may still be age-restricted, jurisdiction-restricted, or treated as hazardous materials. We do not ship where it is illegal.

High-level federal framing (where it applies): 21+ for handgun ammunition; 18+ for rifle and shotgun ammunition. State and local law may be stricter. Clicking through the site age gate is not a background check and is not a Form 4473.

Age — and what the site click is not

• Handguns — generally 21 under federal law, where it applies.
• Long guns — generally 18 under federal law, where it applies.
• Ammunition and accessories — age and other limits vary; state law may be stricter.

Site age verification and checkout attestation do not replace Form 4473, NICS, or a transfer at a licensed dealer. They are not a background check.
