Contact us before you send anything back. We may refuse opened, used, incomplete, or restricted items. A return is not automatic.

If a firearm return is allowed at all, it ships only FFL-to-FFL through the receiving dealer — never to a house. We do not promise firearm returns. FFL policy
Ammunition, powder, and most accessories
Ammunition, powder, and primers are generally not returnable. Other accessories may be considered case by case after you contact us. Do not ship a return until we say so.
